Day 5. Self care


We are ending our 5 Day Wellness Segment with Self Care Sunday. Today take time to relax, recharge and cleanse your thoughts. Open the curtains, let some sunshine in and have some tea along with your Sunday brunch. Stay in bed and catch up on some well needed rest, or spend your morning on the couch watching movies or discovering new music. Take a hot bubble bath with some essential oils and aromatherapy candles.

If you come from an upbringing like mine, Sunday is a day of rest and no cleaning/work is allowed but, I break this rule very often . Most of the week is spent on the go and our space starts to need a little TLC. Take the time to straighten up, tend to the plants, meal prep and finish that laundry.

Be selfish and make today all about you and what makes you feel good.
