The holidays are a time for warm aromas, shopping, the gift of joy and love, automatic starters, laughing with loved ones, staying cozy, and eating some of the best home cooked meals there are. In my family there's no "Big Mama"that cooks the large holiday spread, instead my grandfather is the chef! And, aside from his caring, laid back demeanor if you were to have any of his cooking I am positive you would love him too. While eating some of his delectable home cooked meals and homemade holiday cookies from scratch I often find myself overdoing it and left feeling like a stuffed pig.

In the mix of the holiday spirit, we can find ourselves being worn out and less motivated to leave the house. So here are 10 exercises that you can do at home to work off all of that bomb turkey day dinner and left overs.
