The holiday season is upon us! November marks a time where we find it in our spirit to be a little more giving and mindful of how far we’ve come and where we’re going. I have been hosting Friendsgiving for my friends for 3 years and every year, it's a hit!

Pot Luck: Cooking a meal for 10+ people can be a lot of work and very time consuming. Have your guests bring their favorite or specialty dish. Host should provide the turkey.
Bubbly: Make a special drink for the group or provide wine. Even though I provide wine I still like to offer BYOB. Purchasing liquor can start to get pricey as everyone has a taste for something different. Also look to pinterest for seasonal and holiday drinks, this year I made a Caramel Apple Pie Sangria. This will definitely be on the menu for next year, I'll just have to make more.
Setup: Set the table with everything that your guests will need. Add some fresh flowers to the table as your centerpiece to help soften the room. Also leave room for games and activities. I prefer to set the food up as a buffet this way guests can make their own plates.
Games: Keep your guests entertained with laughter. There’s nothing like a good games with good friends.
Party Favors: Give your guests something nice and a little token of appreciation to just say thank you. Pinterest is also key for helping inspire some good party favors that both male and female can enjoy.
Planning: In planning a party there are so many elements to keep track of. Make a list of guests and things that you need to help assist as a refresher to ensure your Friendsgiving goes off without a hitch.
