Looking for a healthy meal? Here I give you the ingredients for a kale salad that requires no dressing.
Kale
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Parmesan Cheese
Cayenne Pepper
Banana Peppers
Croutons
Clean and remove kale from the stem. In a bowl massage kale with olive oil, add the oil a little at a time. Add your garlic and cayenne pepper and massage the ingredients into the kale well. Add as much Parmesan cheese as you would like, I am usually very generous with the amount of cheese and garlic powder I add to my salad. Thoroughly mix the cheese into your salad. Refrigerate your salad overnight to allow the kale to soak up the flavors. When you are ready to eat, you can top your salad with chopped banana peppers and croutons. Salad dressing is not necessary but if you must, try using the Olive Garden signature Italian dressing.
