Today's inspiration is dedicated to THE dopest hippie I know, YourMomsFutureTrainer. This queen is full of Black Girl Magic! She obtained her Bachaelors degree in Communications, and in May of 2017 received her Masters in Human Services Administration. But it doesn’t stop there, Nique became a certified personal trainer in 2016 through the program IFPA and became a certified stretch therapist in 2017.

Nique is an Assistant Director of Recreation where she manages personal trainers at two small gyms in the DMV area. She also works part-time as a Stretch Therapist at a company named Stretch Workz, where she is able to see first hand individuals releasing tension and pain in their bodies. Unfortunately she is not currently taking on any personal clients but still trains from time to time at work.

Nique is 1 of 5 of an amazing tribe called the Ayaba Series. This sister circle meets once a month and l can tell you from experience the energy that fills this room is something special. The Ayaba Series became a movement in 2016 that focuses on “love, healing, positive energy and a shared community”. So if you are in the DMV area I strongly recommend you grab a pillow, sip some tea and join in on the conversation, you won’t regret it and I promise you’ll leave feeling light and refreshed.
